CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT (PRIVACY POLICY)

This confidentiality agreement is developed in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine No. 2297 of 01.06.2010 'On the Protection of Personal Data' and other regulatory acts of Ukrainian legislation regulating legal relations related to the collection, processing, and storage of personal data, as well as citizens' rights to privacy and freedom of expression.

(hereinafter - the Rights Holder), caring about the development of relationships with clients and users of the website, understanding the importance of ensuring the security of your personal data, in order to resolve possible contradictions and misunderstandings, has prepared this Confidentiality Agreement (privacy policy), hereinafter referred to as the 'Policy', and the terms of use of the website https://qrboss.com.ua, as well as mobile apps for devices and tablets, hereinafter referred to as the 'website'.

Article 8. Rights of a Personal Data Subject:

1. The personal non-property rights to personal data, which each individual has, are inalienable and inviolable.

  • apply legal remedies in case of violations of the law on the protection of personal data;

  • know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;

  • protection from automated decisions that have legal consequences for them.

3. The use of personal data of a physically incapacitated person or a person recognized as legally incompetent is carried out by their legal representative.
